What is a Game On! Demo?

A Game On! demo is your opportunity to experience the energy and excitement of our events firsthand. In just 30 minutes, you’ll get a taste of our engaging games, interact with a live host, and see how we create unforgettable moments for you and your team. Whether you’re planning a corporate event, family gathering, or special celebration, our demo ensures you’re prepared, confident, and ready to maximize the fun at your future Game On! event.

Demo Details & Benefits

Demo Regulations & Limitations

  • Participant Limit: Up to 15 participants per session.

  • Duration: 30-minute session.

  • Limitations: No theme or game customizations; demos provide a preview only.

How to Schedule Your Demo?

  2. Receive confirmation within 24-48 business hours.

  3. Pay the $30 demo fee and get ready for a fun and engaging session!

Policies & Agreements

At Game On!, we’re committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all your events. To ensure clarity and smooth planning, please review the following policies and agreements:

Event Restrictions

  • A maximum of 15 participants is allowed per demo session. This ensures an engaging and interactive experience for all attendees.

  • ​Demos are limited to 30 minutes. Additional time beyond the scheduled duration is not included in the demo package.

  • ​Demos are previews of the selected games and event structure. Customizations, themes, or modifications are not included.

  • Game On! Demos occur virtually only.

Booking Details

  • Demos must be scheduled at least 3 days in advance to allow for proper planning and preparation. To secure your preferred date and time, we strongly recommend scheduling your demo 7–10 days ahead, as availability is limited and may vary.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the demo. Approval is subject to availability.

Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment for your demo is due 24 hours before the time your demo begins. When we review your order, we will send an invoice within 24-48 hours of your confirmation.

  • Refunds: Demos are refundable, but cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the demo

Client Agreement

  • All participants are expected to engage respectfully and follow the host’s instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated without a refund.

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring access to a reliable internet connection and compatible devices

  • Game On! is not responsible for technical difficulties or interruptions caused by internet issues, platform outages, or other factors beyond our control.
