Important Details

In-person events are only available in Cobb County, Carroll County, and the Metro Atlanta Area.

Events must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance to allow for proper planning and preparation.

Your Game On! host will arrive 30-45 minutes early to set up and ensure everything is ready before the start of your event.

The host will bring all necessary game materials; however, the client is responsible for providing the venue and seating arrangements.

A final number of attendees will need to be provided 1–2 days before the event.
Policies & Agreements

Payment Deadline: Full payment is due 48 hours before your event. Invoices will be sent within 24–48 hours of event confirmation.

Rush Bookings: Need a game show ASAP? We accommodate tight timelines for an Expedited Planning Fee ($50), ensuring your custom event is ready to roll in record time.

Refunds: Refunds are allowed if requested at least 48 hours before the event. Refund requests made after this timeframe will incur a $20 fee.

Participant Conduct: All participants must engage respectfully and follow the host’s instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated without a refund.

Technical Issues: Game On! is not responsible for interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, such as venue-related challenges or other factors beyond our control.

Event Timing: Events will begin and end at the scheduled time. Extensions may not be possible due to other bookings.
