Policies & Agreements
At Game On!, we’re committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable experience for all your events. To ensure clarity and smooth planning, please review the following policies and agreements:
Event Restrictions

Each event has a maximum duration of 90 minutes to maintain quality and engagement.

Game On! bundles are designed exclusively for virtual events, bringing the fun to you wherever you are.
Booking Details

Advanced Scheduling: All events must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance to ensure proper planning and preparation. To secure your preferred date and time, we strongly recommend scheduling your events 7–10 days ahead, as availability is limited and may vary.

Flexible Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event to secure a new date and time.
Expiration, Payment, & Refund Policy

Bundle Expiration: All bundle events must be used within 24 months (2 years) of the purchase date. Any unused events after this period will expire without refund or credit.

Full Payment Required: Payment for your chosen bundle is due 7 days before your first event. When we review your order, we will send an invoice within 24-48 hours of your confirmation.

Cancellation and Partial Refunds: Bundles may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, all used events will be charged at the standard individual rate of $160 per event. Partially used bundles are non-transferable.

Transferability: Purchased bundles are not transferable to another individual or organization.
Client Agreement

If a client does not attend a scheduled event without providing at least 48 hours notice, the session will be marked as used and deducted from the bundle. No refund or credit will be issued for no-show sessions.

Game On! is not responsible for technical difficulties or interruptions caused by internet issues, platform outages, or other factors beyond our control.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully and follow the host’s instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated without a refund.
