Policies & Agreements

Event Restrictions

Each event has a maximum duration of 2 hours to maintain quality and engagement.

Game On! bundles are designed exclusively for virtual events, bringing the fun to you wherever you are.
Booking Details

Advanced Scheduling: All events must be scheduled at least 4 days in advance to ensure proper planning and preparation. To secure your preferred date and time, we strongly recommend scheduling your events 7–10 days ahead, as availability is limited and may vary.

Flexible Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours before the event to secure a new date and time.
Payment & Refund Policy

Full Payment Required: Payment for your chosen bundle is due 48 hours before the time of your first event. When we review your order, we will send an invoice within 24-48 hours of your confirmation.

Refunds: Bundles are non-refundable, but we are happy to accommodate rescheduling within the terms outlined above.

Transferability: Purchased bundles are not transferable to another individual or organization.
Client Agreement

Game On! is not responsible for technical difficulties or interruptions caused by internet issues, platform outages, or other factors beyond our control.

All participants are expected to engage respectfully and follow the host’s instructions. Disruptive behavior may result in the session being terminated without a refund.
